Delivery and returns
We accept payment for our stop snoring devices by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, and Visa Electron. All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling (£, GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the UK rate of 17.5%. If you make a payment using a card from a non-UK bank, your card/bank statement should show the amount in your local currency and the GBP equivalent.
Delivery charges
Our delivery charges are based on the destination to which the goods are delivered. The delivery charge for your order will be calculated when you are at the checkout stage of our online store.
Delivery methods
- Deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent. You will need to sign for the order when it is delivered.
- Deliveries to addresses outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.
Tracking your delivery in the UK
If you live in the UK, you can see the status of your via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ delivery and view an electronic proof of delivery on the Royal Mail website.
Delayed deliveries
Please note that in certain circumstances, e.g. a postal strike, a delivery may be delayed. We make every effort to make sure that your goods are delivered on time, but we cannot take responsibility for circumstances outside of our control that result in goods being delayed in transit.
Returns
Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information about returning goods. If you want to return a product you must first contact us by eMail on at returns@snorekil.co.uk or by calling 01492 541886.
Please include your order number and a reason for why you want to return the item (for example if the wrong item or an incorrect quantity of an item was delivered, or the item is damaged). We will then get in touch with you about returning the product.
You will find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after your order was processed.

Money-back guarantee and refunds
Customers have a money back guarantee if they want to return certain goods — as defined in our Terms and Conditions — within seven (7) working days from the day after the goods are received by the customer, as long as they are in a re-saleable condition and have not been removed from their original packaging.
If the goods are not faulty, the cost of the goods and outward delivery will be refunded, but not the return postage and relevant insurance. The goods remain under the Buyer's title until they are received by Sleepworks Products Ltd.
